Job description

Initiating a search for a CONTROLLER (#1 role) for a well-positioned, $10MM+ (and growing...organic), multi-site, multi-vertical company headquartered in Lincoln, NE. Position will lead a small team and be responsible for overseeing/managing all aspects of the accounting/finance function (i.e. transactional, month-end close, financial reporting, financial/operational analysis (FP&A), cash/treasury, etc.) and driving both the identification and capture of accounting/finance/business process (and technology) streamlining/value-add opportunities. Position will be heavily involved with and have touchpoints across the organization.
