Job description

TurboPass is a fast-growing fintech/SaaS company looking for an experienced Controller to lead our accounting function and help build the financial infrastructure that supports our next stage of growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you'll own the full accounting cycle, oversee financial reporting, lead budgeting and forecasting, strengthen internal controls, and prepare the company for its first formal audit. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll have a direct impact on the future of the business.

What You'll Do
  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
  • Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and executive reporting
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
  • Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general accounting operations
  • Build scalable accounting processes and internal controls
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial decisions
  • Lead the company's first external financial audit
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Active (or eligible) CPA required
  • 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience
  • 2+ years as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a small to mid-sized company
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606, and cloud-based accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar)
  • Experience owning the full accounting function from close through financial reporting

Preferred:

  • SaaS, fintech, or financial services experience
  • Audit or public accounting background
  • Experience supporting high-growth companies
