Infrastructure Support Analyst 

Location: Remote (USA)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST
Start Date: January 26, 2026
Duration: 12-month contract

Position Overview

This role supports enterprise IT infrastructure services focused on managed file transfers (MFT) and job automation/scheduling. The analyst will help configure, maintain, deploy, and troubleshoot file transfer and automation workflows while supporting internal business teams across the organization.

This is a fully remote role that requires strong self-management skills and the ability to work through a high-volume service request queue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize ServiceNow ticket queues related to MFT job design and deployment

  • Configure, maintain, and support job automation workflows in a Control-M environment

  • Partner with business teams to perform end-to-end testing of automated workflows

  • Administer external partner accounts within MFT platforms

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 incidents related to file transfer services

  • Ensure service delivery meets established SLAs

  • Support secure data transfer processes across enterprise systems

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business-related field

  • 0–2 years of relevant IT or infrastructure support experience

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to identify issues, gather data, and recommend solutions

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare IT environments

  • Familiarity with regulatory and security-driven systems

  • Related IT certifications

Technical Skills (Top Priorities)
