Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 7+ yrs in Data Engineering/TDM; 2+ yrs hands-on K2View (Fabric Studio/Server, mDBs, masking, orchestration).
• Strong SQL and data profiling; experience with Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL/DB2/Snowflake.
• Familiarity with APM/monitoring, REST APIs, scripting (Python/Shell/Groovy), and Git/CI-CD (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub).
• Solid grasp of GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA, data masking/tokenization, and audit controls.
• Bonus: Insurance/Financial domain; mainframe (VSAM/DB2), Kafka/MuleSoft, Databricks, Control-M, AWS/Azure/GCP.
 
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assess current data landscape; define TDM strategy and standards.
• Design K2View Data Products/micro-DBs, masking & subsetting rules, and orchestration.
• Build self-service data provisioning (APIs/portals) and integrate with CI/CD and release pipelines.
• Implement synthetic data where needed; ensure referential integrity across systems.
• Automate refreshes; monitor SLAs, data quality, and audit/compliance (PII/PCI/PHI).
• Partner with app, QA, DBA, and security teams; create runbooks and enablement.
