These professionals help healthcare organizations make sense of large datasets, identify trends, and create interactive dashboards to support decision-making and improve patient outcomes. They may work on projects such as clinical reporting, operational efficiency, or regulatory compliance. Their contractual status means they are typically hired for specific projects or periods, offering flexibility for both the professional and the employer.
