Job description

Palm Beach Health Network - Tenet is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a nursing job in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

Up to $10,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The Registered Nurse, using critical thinking skills, coordinates and provides safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Assists in organizing patient care activities as assigned.

  • Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational and growth and development needs of the patient.
  • Develops a written plan of care using assessment data.
  • Implements nursing care plan.
  • Evaluates patient's response to interventions.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills.
  • Assists in organizing Patient Care Activities

Education:

  • Required: Graduate of Registered Nurse Program   


Experience:

  • None


License:

  • REGISTERED NURSE  


Certifications:

  • BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
  • NRP (AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS) within 90 days of hire/transfer effective date
  • STABLE PROGRAM (within 365 days of hire/transfer effective date)
