Job description

Job Title: Program Analyst - Senior (contingent upon award)

 Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to perform comprehensive analyses of program and contract data to support system integration, field service delivery and global operational impacts. Assist in defining, developing, and analyzing program requirements specifically related to system integration and field support services, ensuring alignment with Army operational needs. Develop and present comprehensive reports, briefings, and recommendations to government stakeholders on program status, financial performance, and contractual compliance (FAR/DFARS), specifically addressing performance metrics for CONUS/OCONUS field support.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of program and contract data to identify trends and risks, focusing on system integration and field service delivery.
  • Assist in defining, developing, and analyzing program requirements aligned with Army operational needs, particularly in relation to system integration and field support services.
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports, briefings, and recommendations to government stakeholders regarding program status, financial performance, and contractual compliance.
  • Address performance metrics for CONUS/OCONUS field support and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with geographically distributed teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of complex issues and solutions.

 Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Solid understanding of the acquisition lifecycle and government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS).
  • Familiarity with Army-specific procurement processes and logistics, particularly those governing OCONUS operations and international support agreements.
  • Experience in program or project analysis, particularly in defense or military environments, is preferred.

 Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or managerial field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 12 years of program/project management experience, including in OCONUS contexts.
  • Required Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Advanced Level in Program Management.
  • Secret security clearance required.
