Job description

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Design Engineer to join our team in Hollister, CA. In collaboration with PacSci leadership and our site engineering teams, this role will play a pivotal part in supporting programs and processes to drive business excellence. This role supports sustainment engineering through failure analysis, simulations, design reviews, documentation management, project participation, compliance with industry standards, and qualitative/quantitative data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as a Design Engineer, completing sustainment engineering milestones such as failure analysis and simulations
  • Actively participate in Group Design Reviews.
  • Work within our Configuration Management System to manage program documentation
  • Participate in project management
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Perform data reporting and analysis, encompassing qualitative and quantitative aspects, across various projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Solidworks, Data Analysis tools and other relevant business/engineering software.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

$125,160 - $232, 440
