Our experienced professionals handle over 400 new projects per year, delivering accurate estimates for projects of varying sizes. Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing quantity surveys, developing project estimates and budgets, performing cost analysis, and contributing to project forecasting. The role includes tasks such as conducting research, engaging in project negotiations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate project estimations.

Candidates must have a Visa or be a US Citizen authorized to work in the country.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working in a construction cost management or estimating role.
  • Experience with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Project Estimation
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Experience as a project engineer is a plus
  • Research skills related to construction projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Experience in construction consulting or related industry is a plus
