Are you an experienced purchasing professional with a passion for residential construction? We are partnering with an established homebuilder seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee subcontract bidding, contract administration, estimating support, and trade partner relationships for new home construction projects.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with construction, accounting, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to help deliver high-quality homes while maintaining competitive pricing and strong vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities
