POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven and organized Manager, Contracts to join our Support department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Service Maintenance Contracts and supporting the operations of our National Dispatch Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update the Installed Service database and Service Maintenance Contracts.
  • Manage and update the software database.
  • Prepare and follow up on maintenance quotations.
  • Review purchase orders and establish associated contracts and invoicing documentation.
  • Generate and distribute reports covering new contracts, renewals, and non-renewals.
  • Prepare and validate revenue reports.
  • Provide backup coverage for the support hotline, including coverage verification, open call management, and field engineer coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on new procedures and testing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in database management and standard office productivity tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

COMPENSATION:

The pay range for this position is $54,000 to $74,000 annually plus 10% bonus. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
