They will be tasked with maintaining proper responses to emergencies, ensuring physical security within the residential facility, enforcing security regulations, and managing security systems. The Security Manager will need to produce detailed reports, maintain a comprehensive training program, and coach security specialists to foster a cohesive and proactive team environment.
