SMI Now Hiring - Gatehouse Security Officers (Miramar).
Security Management Innovation (SMI) is currently seeking professional, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Gatehouse Security Officers for our residential community post located in Miramar, Florida.
We currently have:
  • 1 Full-Time Opening.
Pay Rate:
  • $16.50 per hour.
Full-Time Schedule:
Wednesday -Sunday -6a-2p.
Position Responsibilities:
As a Gatehouse Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the property while providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
Duties Include:
  • Monitoring vehicle and pedestrian access.
  • Verifying guest and visitor information.
  • Logging visitors and deliveries.
  • Conducting patrol observations as needed.
  • Monitoring cameras and gate access systems.
  • Reporting incidents and suspicious activity.
  • Maintaining professional communication with residents and management.
  • Providing a welcoming and professional presence at the gatehouse.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Florida Security D License.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
