Job description

We are looking for a Sales coordinator to join our furniture division. You'll collaborate across multiple teams including the sales, design, project coordination, and marketing teams. This role reports to the Management division.
What You'll Do:
  • Attend all training sessions from our main manufacturers to understand and adopt new products, methodologies, work tools as a continual improvement platform.
  • Respond to assigned quotation requests from customers in the designated and communicated timeframe.
  • Prepare all pricing documents and transfer information on contractual documents.
  • Build visual presentation documents and/or quotations (search for images, transfer information, pricing, etc.).
  • Coordinate project finishes and submit sales reports to Management.
  • Submit contract requests, update the contract database, and maintain current list of supplier contracts.
  • Assist clients with quotation requests. Obtain delivery and installation price quotes from the Installation department, transfer quotations to our business system (ERP), and prepare orders.
  • Manage our CRM to ensure that data is accurate and current and provide ongoing training to the sales team on any ameliorations to the CRM as they come forward.
  • Coordinate supplier visits with the sales/design team to ensure continual education and certification.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, design, or a related field is an asset.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, sales CRM, ERP).
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Interest in the commercial real estate, design, construction, architecture, etc.
  • Customer service approach with active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and take initiative with a strong sense of organization and responsibility.
