Main Missions:
   To increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness by properly maintaining and improving equipment and maintenance processes in various areas of the facility

Responsibilities:
   Follow all safety rules and work in a manner that is conducive to maintaining a safe and healthful workplace
   Keep a neat, clean, and organized work area    Perform preventative maintenance procedures as scheduled    Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and building systems
   Determine root causes of equipment failures and implement permanent solutions
   Assist and train other internal and contracted maintenance technicians
   Assist contactors with repairs, revisions, construction, and new equipment setup
   Use internal system to record all work performed on a daily basis

Desired Profile:
   Ability to use multimeter for troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical systems up to 480VAC
   Working knowledge of PLCs and automated systems    Basic PC skills
   Read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control prints and schematics and use them to troubleshoot circuits
   Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment efficiently and effectively
    Technical certification with specialty experience in any of the following: mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, etc.
