Job description

The Tech Maintenance Assistant is directly responsible for the daily maintenance of all  buildings, assets, and mechanical systems including grounds, landscaping, buildings, pools, Tennis courts, Beach, Trams, furniture, and fixtures, and all repair and maintenance of said assets and systems that are generally and customarily required to be executed by maintenance personnel at a high-end, Resort.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in clay tennis court maintenance or the willingness to learn how to properly maintain clay courts.
  • Proficient with computer technology and standard software programs including work order placement and tracking, spreadsheet, and word processing
  • Experience with pool maintenance or the willingness to learn how to properly maintain pool.
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to interact professionally with all departments, outside contractors.
  • Will present him/herself as a professional.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and at times in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • From time to time, this job involves manual labor including power washing, digging, lifting, climbing, hauling, taking out trash, and other tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a level of physical fitness enabling him or her to lift up to 100 lbs.
