Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Dover, DE. The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, organizing files, preparing basic documents and reports, and assisting with data entry. The role also involves supporting leadership with executive administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, and ensuring office supplies and records are up to date. Qualifications
