Job description

Purpose: The Contractor Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day support operations related to subcontractor onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking. This role ensures that all contractor partners meet company and customer requirements, and provides guidance and oversight to coordinators and administrative staff supporting contractor engagement.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and support daily workflow of the contractor services team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks
• Oversee contractor onboarding processes including credentialing, documentation collection, and system setup • Ensure subcontractor compliance with insurance, licensing, safety training, and other regulatory or contract requirements
• Monitor contractor performance and escalate non-compliance or quality concerns to leadership
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and legal teams to resolve contractor issues or disputes
• Support audit preparation and reporting on contractor status and documentation accuracy
• Assist with updates to internal processes, SOPs, and training materials for contractor services
• Provide coaching, task delegation, and progress tracking for assigned staff
• Serve as point of contact for escalated contractor inquiries or urgent compliance concerns • Other duties as assigned
Key Measures / Key Performance Indicators:
• Contractor onboarding completion timelines
• Accuracy and currency of contractor records in internal systems
• Subcontractor compliance rate (licenses, insurance, etc.)
• Issue resolution turnaround time • Staff task productivity and support effectiveness
• Customer satisfaction with subcontractor compliance and responsiveness
Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
• 2-4 years in contractor support, compliance, or operations
• Prior experience supervising administrative or support personnel strongly preferred
• Familiarity with contractor onboarding, credentialing, and documentation platforms
Exposure:
• Interaction with subcontractors, vendor partners, and internal departments (Operations, Legal, Safety)
• Supervision of Contractor Services Coordinators or administrative staff
• Collaboration with compliance and field operations teams
Factors critical to success at ITG Communications for this position:
• Ensuring timely and accurate contractor onboarding and compliance
• Effective communication and coordination across departments and with vendor partners
• Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, and handling documentation
• Ability to read printed and digital documents and view computer screens for extended periods
• Visual acuity to interpret mapping software, GIS data, and detailed permitting documents
• Auditory ability to participate in meetings, calls, and video conferences
• Occasional walking and movement within office environments or to attend site-related meetings
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
