This position promotes and sells metal roofing, wall panels, trim, post-frame building materials, and related products. The representative provides product recommendations, prepares estimates and quotations, manages customer accounts, and coordinates with production and delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial customers.
• Sell metal roofing systems, wall panels, trim, post-frame building materials, and related products.
• Prepare accurate quotes, material takeoffs, and sales orders.
• Review blueprints and construction plans to recommend appropriate products.
• Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Stay informed about products, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
