Position Summary:

The Contractor Sales Representative is responsible for developing a sales territory by prospecting for new accounts, building a new customer base, and retaining customers. This position is responsible for growth throughout Vermont and Massachusetts. Travel throughout Vermont and Massachusetts is required.

Your Role:

  • Prospect new customers and develop new accounts.
  • Maintain existing accounts and relationships.
  • Develop and implement sound selling strategies.
  • Present and promote all USA/All American services to prospects and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the Manager on any situation that may seem out of the ordinary regarding price and/or service.
  • Expedite the resolution of customers' problems and complaints with maximum satisfaction.
  • Maintain reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.

  • Demonstrated clerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must have a current driver's license and own vehicle.
