Job Title: Plumbing Apprentice / Trainee

Company: Paris Plumbing, Inc.

Location: Lynnwood, WA (Seattle–Everett corridor)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22–$40/hr DOE (based on documented hours and ability)

About Paris Plumbing

Paris Plumbing is a family-owned, owner-operated plumbing contractor working across the Seattle–Everett corridor — residential, multifamily, and commercial construction. We’re growing, and we’re looking for apprentices who are serious about the trade and want to build a real career, not just pick up a paycheck.

We Train You — and You Get Every Hour

The biggest thing that stalls an apprentice is a shop that won’t track their hours or won’t give them the range of work they need. That’s not us.

• Every hour documented. We track your hours and get you the paperwork you need toward your PL01 — no chasing, no “we’ll get to it.”

• Real, varied work. You’ll get hours across DWV, water, gas, fixtures, water heaters, and commercial systems — the breadth that actually builds a journeyman, not just one task over and over.

• You work next to journeymen and foremen who are there to teach, not just hand you the unglamorous jobs and walk away.

• A clear path. Apprentice to journey-level to leadership — we’d rather grow our own than hire it.

What You’ll Do

• Assist journey-level plumbers and foremen on residential, multifamily, and commercial jobs

• Rough-in DWV and water lines, run PEX and copper, set fixtures, and assist on water heater and equipment installs

• Load, stage, and organize materials and keep the job site and van clean

• Log your work and hours accurately

• Show up on time, take direction, ask questions, and build real skill every day

What You Need

• Valid WA Plumber Trainee Certificate (or eligible to obtain one)

• Minimum 1 year of plumbing experience preferred — but if you’re hungry and coachable, tell us where you’re at

• Enrolled in or eligible for an approved plumbing apprenticeship/training program

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable, coachable, and serious about earning your PL01

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle the physical demands of the trade

What We’re Looking For

• People who show up on time, every day, ready to learn

• Apprentices who want to grow into journeymen and beyond

• Coachable hands who take direction and ask good questions

• A team-first attitude — you help the crew and the crew builds you up

What We’re Not Looking For

• No-call no-shows, or “reliable except when it counts”

• Anyone looking to coast — we move, and we expect you to move with us

• People who won’t log their work — your hours matter, so track them

What We Offer

• $22–$40/hr DOE, with raises as your hours and skill grow

• [Medical / dental / PTO / paid holidays — list what you actually offer]

• Paid weekly

• Every hour documented and tracked toward your PL01

• Hands-on training across residential, multifamily, and commercial work

• A real path to journey-level and beyond, with a shop that invests in its people

How to Apply

Apply through ZipRecruiter with your resume and your current documented trainee hours (if any). Qualified applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview.
