Commercial HVAC Service Sales | B2B Outside Sales

Location: Chantilly, VA

Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000 + Uncapped Commission

OTE: $150,000+ First Year

Car Allowance | Gas Card | EZ Pass

Kodiak is seeking a Commercial HVAC Account Executive to develop new business throughout the Chantilly, VA market. This is a true hunter role focused on selling commercial HVAC service agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, repair services, plumbing, building automation, electrical, and water treatment solutions to commercial customers. This is a direct hire position.

If you're an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business, this is an excellent opportunity to join one of the Mid-Atlantic's leading mechanical contractors.

What You'll Do

  • Develop new commercial business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting
  • Sell HVAC preventive maintenance agreements, repair services, plumbing, building automation, electrical, and water treatment solutions
  • Build relationships with Facility Managers, Property Managers, Building Engineers, Operations Directors, and Commercial Real Estate professionals
  • Generate new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 3-7 years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling recurring service agreements, maintenance contracts, or commercial services
  • Proven success developing new business through prospecting and cold calling
  • Experience selling to commercial customers
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience managing a CRM and Microsoft Office
