The COR acts as a liaison between the contractor and the government, ensuring that the contractor complies with the terms and conditions of the contract. While they do not have the authority to make changes to the contract, CORs are responsible for overseeing performance, inspecting deliverables, and reporting any issues to the contracting officer. This role is crucial for ensuring that the government receives the services or products specified in the contract.
