Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced electrical technicians to join our contractor network for residential service, repair, and maintenance work orders.

We provide ongoing assignments through established partnerships with homeowners and property management companies across multiple states.

This opportunity is a strong fit for independent contractors looking for flexible scheduling, consistent local work opportunities, and fast payment processing after completed jobs.

We provide a wide range of residential repair and maintenance services including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, appliance installation, remediation, and general maintenance work.

Our electrical technicians primarily complete residential troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and maintenance services within their local service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform residential electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
  • Diagnose electrical issues and recommend efficient repair solutions
  • Follow local electrical codes and all safety requirements
  • Maintain communication and submit job updates through the mobile portal
  • Complete work professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Manage assigned work orders, timelines, and approved budgets effectively
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
  • Must own electrical tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
