Responsibilities
  • Perform asbestos abatement and environmental remediation tasks according to established procedures and safety standards.
  • Carry out selective demolition and debris removal at various job sites.
  • Adhere to OSHA, EPA, AHERA, and company safety protocols at all times.
  • Properly use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators.
  • Travel to different job locations as required by project needs.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.

Qualifications
  • Previous construction experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, and working in various environments.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Must possess a valid North Carolina REAL ID driver's license to meet access requirements for certain federal project sites.
  • Eligibility to access military installations, federal facilities, and other secure government job sites.
