Job description

Inframark, LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions Company, is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to join its Automation & Intelligence Division. The Contract Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for a broad range of contract administration and contract management activities. This position requires works closely with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and Legal to support the review, negotiation, execution, and administration of customer, subcontractor, supplier, and other commercial agreements.
Responsibilities:
  • Read and understand contract documents to ensure alignment with business objectives and approved contractual standards.
  • Identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks and escalate issues requiring legal or management review.
  • Review subcontract provisions to ensure alignment with proposal language and project specifications.
  • Track contract status throughout the review, negotiation, and approval process and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
  • Lead contract negotiations to achieve mutually acceptable terms.
  • Draft, revise, and negotiate contract language in collaboration with business and legal stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized contract files and records in designated contract management systems.
  • Assist with certificates of insurance, bonding requests, prequalification packages, and other contract-related documentation as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, legal operations, or a related field.
  • Experience negotiating commercial contracts, service agreements, vendor agreements, or construction-related contracts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and contract lifecycle management
  • Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and ability to multitask and take initiative to complete tasks without constant direction
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication as well as time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to conflicting deadlines and priorities established by company
