Location-: Lake Oswego. OR /Portland, OR (Remote)

Job Description:

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Enablement and Instructional Design Contractor to support our Business Systems (DX) team. This role focuses on designing and delivering high-quality training content, including micro-videos, in-app guidance, and technical documentation to streamline complex processes.

Exp:- 8+ years

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree

TECHNICAL DATA ACQUISITION, TRAINING EVALUATION,             TECHNICAL TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGNTECHNICAL TRAINING PROGRAM DELIVERYPROGRAM NEEDS IDENTIFICATION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical training materials, including job aids, walkthroughs, and self-help videos.
  • Utilize Scribe to automate the creation of documentation and embeddable support links to reduce manual effort.
  • Design and implement in-app guidance features using Whatfix and WalkMe to improve user experience and facilitate software migration.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate technical requirements into clear, actionable learning content.
  • Analyze usage metrics (e.g., via Whatfix/WalkMe Analytics) to identify areas for content improvement and user journey optimization.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Digital Adoption Platform : Experience preferred  in designing and deploying Digital Adoption Platform solutions.
  • Proficiency in Scribe  (or other Authoring Tool): Demonstrated ability to use an authoring tool for rapid documentation and training creation.
  • Proficiency in Video Editing using a Tool like Google Vids, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other (preferably Google Vids)
  • Instructional Design background with experience in UX principles and technical training delivery.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and Jira for project management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
