Job Description: Job Title: Video Storytelling Producer, Video/Motion Duration: 12 months contract with high possibility of extension Location: Westerville, OH 43082 (Onsite) Position Description: Duties: The Video Storytelling Producer is responsible for creating engaging video and multimedia content and telling stories that resonate with ***’s target audiences. The role manages and executes projects from pre-production to final delivery for thought leadership content, product/service/solution announcements, marketing programs, event coverage, community engagement, and internal communications. The outputs will be featured across the ***.com website, social media channels, live events, and intranet. Examples include live town halls, customer testimonials, highlights of facilities, product/solution stories, and event coverage highlights (internal, external, tradeshows). The position is within the creative studio team, part of the global brand center of excellence, and is based at ***’s global headquarters in Westerville, Ohio. Our ideal candidate will have a strong sense of project management skills with a focus to solve complex problems with clarity. You will manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, capturing as needed, editing, and post-production for the assigned projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the content writing services team, creative services, and internal clients across the business to develop video concepts and scripts. Aim to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the pipeline to increase the positioning of *** as an industry leader within the critical digital infrastructure space and enable differentiation. Manage pre-production activities including location scouting, internal approvals, speaker/talent preparation in coordination with the content team, and scheduling. Execute all aspects of video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production, with support from others in the creative services department for complex shoots. Store source files and finished collateral in the designated repository for publishing and archiving, ensuring other marketers can leverage the efforts. Maintain and organize video production equipment and resources. Track projects and tasks using the *** marketing collaboration system (Wrike) provide timely updates to stakeholders and management. Often coordinating production efforts with team members across multiple time zones for complex projects. Provide photography and video coverage for internal events, such as town halls, leadership conferences, or sales summits, and external events, such as tradeshows or investor events. Empower social media teams and internal communications team to broadcast participation in key events with effective visuals and multimedia. Preferred Qualifications: Passion for live video production technology and processes Experience working in a mixed team with artistic and technical resources (graphic design, 3D animators, 2D animators). Experience producing live events (hybrid and remote) using video switchers, different sound sources, and remote and in-person presenters. Experience developing 2D diagrams and illustrations of technical nature. Ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly, capable of presenting visual projects remotely to internal clients. A keen understanding, interest, passion, and curiosity about technology, engineering, and adjacent fields.
