Job description

Job Title: User Experience (UX) Engineer – Automotive Infotainment

Location: Raymond, OH

Work Schedule: 5 days onsite required

Employment Type: Contract, 12-months to start


We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Engineer to join a Global Automotive company in Raymond, OH. You’ll focus on delivering customer-centered design insights and UX solutions for automotive infotainment systems.


The UX Engineer will play a key role in understanding user behavior, evaluating competitive products, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations that enhance the in-vehicle user experience.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user experience research and analysis focused on infotainment systems

• Perform product benchmarking and provide customer-focused UX recommendations

• Support development of infotainment features and user interface specifications

• Collaborate closely with design, testing, product planning, and research teams

• Create and iterate on GUI prototypes using tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Axure, Kanzi, or similar platforms

• Translate user feedback and research findings into clear design direction and product improvements

• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders


Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UX design, user research, or user-centered product development

• Experience conducting user research and analyzing customer feedback or usability data

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with GUI prototyping tools (Figma, ProtoPie, Axure, Kanzi, or similar) preferred
