Job description

Contract Instructor Salary Range: $40 - $50 per hour.

Manchester Community College is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in contract teaching at the College in a classroom, online classroom and clinical setting; strong academic background is required. The focus area is in a Licensed Nursing Assistant Certificate Program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Unencumbered NH or multi-state compact RN License
    • Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited college or university or has complete a train the trainer program (available online)

OR

  • Unencumbered NH or multi-state compact LPN License
    • 2 years of experience working with elderly or chronically ill
    • Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited college or university or has complete a train the trainer program (available online)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with classroom, online teaching, or clinical skills teaching.
  • Higher education teaching experience in the nursing field.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Scope of Work:

To provide course delivery and program activities for non-credit Licensed Nursing Assistant Certification Program at Manchester Community College. The position is a contractual, temporary position for a specified contract period. Our LNA training program consists of online learning, clinical labs, and clinical skills in a healthcare facility. Instructors can provide all or part of this training per contractual arrangement.
