These positions are often used to fill short-term needs, cover for absent employees, or handle seasonal workloads. Contract Temps are typically employed through staffing agencies or directly by companies, and their assignments may range from a few weeks to several months. While they may not receive the same benefits as permanent employees, Contract Temps gain valuable experience and flexibility in their work schedules.
