Job description

This Product Owner will play a key role in a large transformational program to enable complex Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) capabilities for a large broadband connectivity and cable company. This team member will lead the effort to create Epics, Features and User Stories for the suite of products to enable CPQ including Product Catalog, Product inventory and a CPQ engine. In addition, this candidate will build user stories to integrate the new applications into the existing architecture.

An excellent understanding of agile delivery, strong communication and leadership skills are required to lead the requirements effort for this program. Must Have Skills: 8+ years as a Product Owner working with Agile/Scrum teams At least 5 years within the telecom/cable industry Product Owner experience in telecom/cable sales team facing solutions like CRM and CPQ Strong understanding of Product Catalog, CPQ and Product Inventory solutions within telecom Experience working in delivery of B2B/Enterprise telecom/cable solutions Self-starter who learns quickly and can drive requirements based on the system capabilities and the program strategy Strong communication and collaboration skills - proven ability to build a strong positive relationship with the business and technical team members Day to day responsibilities: Lead the effort to define, write, prioritize, and validate Epics, Features and User Stories Create Acceptance Criteria Create and Manage Backlog Work with the business to understand and clarify features and user stories for the Scrum Teams Support Iteration Planning Support and assist in executing Demos for feedback on agile deliverables Assist in creation of the delivery roadmap Assist in managing timeline to hit incremental deliverables Support Delivery and Governance Team in communicating with stakeholders and managing expectations Assist with program status reporting Assist to identify, analyze and coordinate user stories for changes requests and resolution of risks and issues Compensation Hourly Rate Range - $40-$60/ hr Benefits for this role include: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (vacation and holidays) Paid Sick Leave (HFWA-Compliant) - available to all employees, including part-time and temporary staff, for health and safety needs (Cedent provides all legally required benefits under Colorado law, including HFWA-compliant sick leave.)
