Scope:

We are seeking an Attorney with approximately 3 to 6 years of experience to join our in-house legal team in a role primarily focused on contracts and litigation management for a publicly traded corporation, as well as other legal matters. This position will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice with emphasis on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements, managing disputes and litigation, and advising internal stakeholders on legal and commercial risk. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and general corporate law is preferred, but not required.

This is a hybrid position based in our Legal Headquarters in Creve Coeur (St. Louis), Missouri. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or otherwise compliant with applicable government restrictions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day counsel and advice regarding various and broad ranging legal matters.

  • Draft, review, interpret, and negotiate complex business agreements, including customer, supplier, confidentiality, consulting, and operational contracts.

  • Advise on contractual rights, obligations, risk allocation, indemnity, limitations of liability, warranty, and dispute resolution provisions.

  • Manage and oversee litigation, pre-litigation disputes, claims, subpoenas, and related matters, including coordination with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.

  • Provide practical legal advice regarding disputes, claim avoidance, and risk mitigation tied to contractual obligations and business operations.

  • Support internal investigations, legal notices, preservation obligations, and responses to demand letters and other contentious matters.

  • Partner with Contracts, Sales, Operations, Quality, Programs, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Unit leadership to support business objectives while protecting the company's legal interests.

  • Establish and maintain relationships, credibility, and trust with clients, stakeholders, legal team members, and other colleagues.

  • Assist with legal policies, procedures, templates, training, and other legal projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Education:

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, with a demonstrated track record in contracts and litigation (approximately 3 to 6 years preferred).

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, contractual governance, and corporate governance principles preferred.

  • Experience with contractual matters in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.

  • Legal governance experience in a publicly traded company preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Real estate matters, including leases, site agreements, and related transactions.

  • Government contracts.

  • General corporate law, including corporate governance, entity maintenance, and routine corporate legal support.

  • Mergers and acquisitions experience, including due diligence, transaction support, and integration-related legal issues.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
