Sr. Business Systems Analyst (IT Security)

Mode of Interview- Phone & In person

Location: Minneapolis, MN
12 Month contract
Job Summary
Gather, analyze, document and manage user requirements (both functional and non-functional) to effectively recommend technology solutions that best address the requirements.
Identify potential solutions for the business and provide input to issues or risks (through solid knowledge of the business and user requirements).
Lead the gathering and documenting of system requirements (both functional and non-functional).
Identify project interdependencies and communicate requirement/scope issues and participate in driving them to resolution for inclusion in the functional specifications.
Technology Delivery - Translate business requirements into user requirements to be able to create detailed system requirements.
Leverage domain expertise and analyst practice expertise to provide the most effective solutions to the business partners in the most efficient means possible.
Select appropriate analysis techniques and tools (process modeling, use cases, etc.) for each project.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
BA and/or BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
Requirements: 5-7+ years of BSA experience.
BSA experience in IT Security Projects
Candidates should have experience in some capacity within Security (access mgmt., IDM, etc.)
Infrastructure deployment experience (International)
Basic Database Knowledge
Able to gather, analyze, document and manage user requirements (both functional and non-functional) to effectively recommend technology solutions that best address the requirements
