Sr. Software Developer
Step into a high-impact Sr. Software Developer opportunity with a confidential client, where you will help drive meaningful results across Banking / Lending/ Financial Services,Information Technology. This role offers the chance to make a visible contribution in Spring, Texas, USA while supporting ambitious technical and operational goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
• • Develops code solutions including application modifications - custom views, reports, & workflows.
• • Attends meetings and works closely with business analysts to understand application requirements and to report on project progress and obstacles.
• • Performs initial configurations and installation of applications and associated servers; supports application updates as needed.
• • Documents import procedures and works on release management to deploy items from development to the lab environment.
• • Assists with the planning and implementation of existing software applications.
What You Bring to the Role
Competencies Required:
Developed design and programming skills with proficiency in JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, and strong knowledge of SQL, Windows communications foundation, Microsoft .Net Framework, Team Foundation Server and Model View Controller design pattern.
• Working knowledge of development technologies and tools, and software engineering concepts, methodologies and architectural styles.
• Flexibility to provide support during weekend and evening hours as needed..
• 8-12 years' experience with application software programming or development.
• Project management experience required.
• Banking or financial services industry preferred.
