Job SummaryBenchmark Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance applications that support our growing insurance brokerage operations. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while contributing to business-critical systems.
Responsibilities- Develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications
- Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver solutions
- Lead technical design and architecture decisions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Review code and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
