Job description

General Summary

Responsible for the daily maintenance of the account in all aspects of the order process, entering contracts into the system, as well as receiving and routing matters related to the Sales Department for its effective operation.


Responsibilities, Duties, and Essential Tasks

The primary duty of the person holding this position is to perform the following tasks in accordance with the Company's policies, guidelines, and procedures:

  • Assist Sales Executives in the daily work necessary to serve clients and agencies.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Promotions, Programming, and Sales departments.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for agencies and clients.
  • Help identify potential clients.
  • Prepare reports and enter contracts.
  • Provide assistance with national orders.
  • Conduct collections by phone as needed.
  • Maintain and manage accounts in the absence of the Sales Executive.
  • Follow up on all outstanding contract matters.
  • Attend to clients and agencies as needed.
  • Any other task and/or responsibility assigned by your supervisor and/or other departments.


Job Requirements

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to fully execute each task. The requirements described below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these duties.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in communications, sales, and/or a related field.
  • Excellent spelling and writing skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Advanced keyboarding skills (data entry).
  • Knowledge of the WideOrbit system (preferred).
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
