You will execute strategy, expand aftermarket revenues (service contracts, upgrades, rebuilds, digital solutions), and implement value-based selling approaches that directly improve customer performance, uptime, and costs.

You will build and scale service capabilities, standardize operations, and drive continuous improvement through strong KPIs and digital tools. In close collaboration with sales, product lines, and distribution partners, you will strengthen commercial execution and market penetration while positioning Sandvik Rock Processing as a trusted lifecycle partner in the USA and Canada.

A core focus of the role is deep customer engagement, understanding their operations and delivering differentiated solutions that create measurable value. You will also lead and develop a high-performing, customer-centric organization, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
