Automation Test Engineer

Location: Englewood CO | 4 Days Onsite per week and 1 Day Remote

Contract: 6+ months

Local Candidates Preferred for Onsite

Job Description:

 
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Test Automation Development using Python & Robot Framework.
  • Expertise in Wi-Fi technologies (Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7) and wireless testing.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and NAT.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, Linux commands, and Shell Scripting.
  • Experience testing CPE/Router firmware including firmware upgrades, factory resets, cloud provisioning, and connection state management.
  • Experience with REST API automation and validation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with expertise in log analysis and root cause investigation.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Git version control.
  • Experience using test management tools such as QMetry or TestRail.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks for Wi-Fi and broadband device validation.
  • Automate functional, regression, integration, and API test cases.
  • Validate router/gateway firmware features and releases.
  • Analyze logs, debug failures, and identify root causes.
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve test coverage and product quality.
