Job description

Travel/Contract RN – Labor and Delivery, 13‑week assignment in Cary, North Carolina. Provide high‑quality labor and delivery nursing care while enjoying competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and support for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high‑quality labor and delivery nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols.

  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

  3. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.

  4. Execute patient education and support functions for labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

  5. Monitor patient condition continuously and respond swiftly to emergencies.

Qualifications:
  • Valid RN license in North Carolina or multi‑state compact license.

  • BLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS required by department).

  • PALS certification preferred.

  • Minimum one year of recent labor and delivery nursing experience.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Excellent clinical judgment.
