Position Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide hands-on, bedside nursing care in a warm, homelike setting.
This role is rooted in clinical excellence and connection-giving you the time and support to truly know your residents while delivering high-quality, holistic care alongside highly respected geriatric physicians.

What You'll Do
  • Provide direct bedside care, including medication administration and treatments
  • Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions
  • Collaborate closely with care partners, interdisciplinary team members, and Duke geriatricians to support resident wellness
  • Communicate changes in condition and coordinate care with physicians and pharmacy partners
  • Contribute to care planning and documentation to support individualized care
  • Build meaningful connections through thoughtful, compassionate communication with residents and their families, helping them feel informed, supported, and truly cared for
