Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate- Inpatient Rehab
Winston-Salem, NC, United States
Where You Will Work:
Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit operates as an accredited rehabilitation facility; provides specialized, evidence-based care for patients recovering from complex medical conditions and injuries. we uphold the highest standards of care. Our multidisciplinary team-comprising nurses, therapists, and physicians-works collaboratively to deliver personalized treatment plans that promote healing, restore function, and empower patients to achieve their goals.
The unit is divided into two dedicated areas:
  • Acute Brain Injury Program (10 Beds)
    Focused on patients with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions, this program offers intensive, individualized rehabilitation to maximize recovery and independence.
  • General Rehabilitation Program (19 Beds)
    Serving patients with diverse rehabilitation needs, including orthopedic, cardiac, burns, and multi-trauma cases. This program emphasizes functional improvement and holistic well-being.

We're Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You'll Do:
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
