Familiarity with digital collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and project management systems, along with proficiency in your discipline’s standard software, is usually expected. Outstanding time management, self-motivation, and proactive communication are soft skills that help you stand out in a remote environment. These skills and qualities are essential for meeting deadlines, maintaining productivity, and building professional relationships while working remotely.
