The Opportunity

Aeroflowโ€™s Legal & Compliance team serves as a strategic partner across the organization, supporting business operations, contracting, risk management, and legal initiatives across a rapidly growing healthcare organization.

We are seeking a highly organized, thoughtful, and proactive Paralegal to support legal operations, contracts, and corporate legal workflows in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing detail-oriented legal work with cross-functional collaboration while helping create structure, improve processes, and support meaningful business initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare-related legal experience, exceptional attention to detail, curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. This individual will support contract administration, legal operations, documentation, risk-related initiatives, and business-facing legal support while partnering closely with Legal, Compliance, and internal stakeholders.

Your Primary Responsibilitiesย 

  • Manage contract lifecycle processes, including intake, routing, drafting support, execution, renewals, and document administration
  • Draft, organize, maintain, and track agreements, templates, playbooks, legal correspondence, and other legal documentation
  • Support a variety of healthcare and corporate contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, BAAs, and payer agreements
  • Maintain legal repositories, trackers, and document management systems, while helping improve legal workflows, processes, and operational efficiency
  • Conduct legal, regulatory, and healthcare-related research and prepare materials, analyses, and documentation to support business, compliance, operational, and risk-related initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and business stakeholders to gather information, manage requests, and support issue resolution
  • Support legal operations, including licensing, audits, litigation, document requests, internal communications, and other legal and operational matters
  • Assist with special projects and evolving team priorities, bringing a proactive, solution-oriented approach to building scalable processes and improving ways of working

  • 5+ years of paralegal, legal operations, contract administration, or related legal experience
  • Healthcare-related experience required, including supporting healthcare organizations, healthcare law practices, payers, providers, hospitals, DME organizations, or related environments
  • Experience supporting contracts, legal documentation, legal workflows, or legal operations
  • Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and concepts including Medicare, Medicaid, payer/provider operations, or healthcare-related legal frameworks
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of paralegal or healthcare legal operations experience
  • Experience supporting in-house legal teams
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems or document platforms such as DocuSign, Ironclad, or SharePoint
  • Experience supporting risk, compliance, governance, or legal operational initiatives
  • Experience creating templates, playbooks, trackers, workflows, or process improvements
  • Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Paralegal certification
