What You Will Do
  • Design solar PV electrical systems, including DC and AC schematics
  • Produce single-line diagrams, stringing layouts, conduit plans, and feeder schedules
  • Develop rooftop solar electrical and mechanical layouts
  • Perform DC string sizing and AC distribution calculations
  • Review plans, technical specifications, and contract documents under the guidance of the Chief Engineer
  • Coordinate designs with internal teams, construction trades, and external stakeholders
  • Partner with the Project Manager to align on design criteria, timelines, and execution
  • Support projects throughout the design and construction lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and progress
  • Conduct quality checks on all deliverables prior to submission
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external customers
What You Will Need to be Successful
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit & Navis Manage a plus
  • Experience with industry manufacturer design tools (i.e solaredge designer, ironridge design tool, ClawOS etc.) a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
