Job Title: Senior Project Manager - ServiceNow ITAM Migration (Contract)
Location: Remote - US
Employment Type: Contract
Pay Range: $80/hr - $90/hr
- Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise asset management migration programs to ServiceNow, including ITAM, HAM/SAM, and CMDB integration
Manage complex, multi-workstream programs spanning IT, procurement, finance, legal, and operations to ensure alignment of asset lifecycle processes and data governance
Define and execute data migration strategy, including asset discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and integration across legacy systems
Establish standardized workflows, governance models, and operating procedures across multiple business units or agencies
Oversee contract lifecycle integration, including vendor management, renewal tracking, and alignment to asset inventories
Drive program planning, execution, and risk management across parallel workstreams with interdependencies
Partner with executive stakeholders to provide clear reporting, drive decision-making, and ensure organizational alignment
Implement and optimize process automation and workflow orchestration within ServiceNow
Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and success metrics to measure program outcomes and support long-term operational maturity and compliance
- Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of project/program management experience, including leading enterprise-scale ITAM or EAM implementations
  • Proven experience delivering ServiceNow ITAM, HAM/SAM, and CMDB initiatives in complex environments (public sector or highly regulated preferred).
  • Strong expertise in asset data strategy, including collection, normalization, governance, and migration at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management and its integration with asset management processes
  • Experience managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and risks
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflow automation and integrations
