Candidate MUST haves:

  1. Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects: Demonstrated ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners (e.g., contractors, government agencies, vendors) on projects with multiple dependencies.
  2. Strong schedule and issue management skills: Proven track record of managing long or multi‑phase project timelines, identifying risks early, tracking actions, and escalating issues with recommended solutions.
