Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist to provide cradle-to-grave acquisition support to CDC's Office of Acquisition Services (OAS). The selected candidate will support all phases of the federal acquisition lifecycle and assist Government Contracting Officers with procurement planning, solicitation development, proposal evaluations, contract awards, modifications, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cradle-to-grave acquisition support for federal procurement actions
  • Conduct market research and document acquisition strategies
  • Develop acquisition packages, solicitation documents, determinations and findings, memoranda, and contract file documentation
  • Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Invitations for Bids (IFBs), and related procurement documents
  • Support source selections and proposal evaluations
  • Assist with technical evaluations, past performance reviews, pricing analyses, and negotiation preparation
  • Prepare award documentation and procurement reports
  • Complete procurement data reporting requirements
  • Prepare and process contract modifications and administrative actions
  • Support option exercises, de-obligations, closeouts, and contract administration activities
  • Maintain complete electronic procurement files and ensure timely submission of contract documentation
  • Participate in acquisition planning meetings and provide acquisition guidance to program offices
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum five (7) years of cradle-to-grave federal contracting experience
  • Current or previous FAC-C certification
  • Experience supporting pre-award and post-award acquisition activities
  • Knowledge of FAR, HHSAR, and federal procurement regulations
  • Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting CDC, HHS, or other federal civilian acquisition organizations
  • Experience with Integrated Contracts Expert (ICE)
  • Experience supporting competitive acquisitions, GSA acquisitions, GWACs, and small business procurements
  • Experience preparing procurement documentation within federal contract writing systems
