Job Description
The Procurement Lead will perform analysis of market and delivery conditions in order to determine present and future material and subcontractor availability. If needed, the investigation, analysis, and interview of potential suppliers and subcontractor to determine manufacturing limitations, facilities, equipment, quality standards and experience will be executed. Will manage the fulfillment of purchasing task for project procurement as needed, including develop procurement strategies, bid soliciting, contract awards and contract management.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering, or relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as project and/or procurement support in a construction and/or design services industry

Additional Qualifications
  • Experience with online bidding systems is preferred, PMWeb and Building Connected a plus.
  • Ability to stay organized and prioritize is essential in this role.
  • Strong Excel and data entry skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with key internal customers and suppliers
  • Possess a passion for quality, compliance and weighing risk
