 Mandatory Qualifications:

  • At a minimum, five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. 

  • At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field

  • Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. 

  • If substituting the Bachelor's degree with an additional four (4) years of qualifying experience, then the requirement for mandatory experience must reflect a total of nine (9) years of experience. 

Desirable Qualifications: 

  • Up to three (3) years of additional year(s) above the mandatory minimum of five (5) years of experience. 

  • A minimum of one (1) project and maximum of three (3) projects with experience developing and supporting software solutions using Microsoft technologies, including proficiency in tools such as Visual Studio, .NET (C# or VB.NET), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Azure cloud services.

  • A minimum of one (1) project and maximum of three (3) projects with experience working on IT projects utilizing Agile software development methodologies based on the principles of user-centered design and iterative development on a Microsoft Power Platform environment.  
  • Possession of a valid Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification from Microsoft.
