Packaging AssociateWe are seeking reliable and motivated Packaging Line Associates to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for packaging finished products, monitoring automated equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards before shipment.
Location: Windsor, Colorado
Pay: $18.50/hour
Shifts:
Day Shift
- Monday - Thursday, 6:15 AM - 3:00 PM
Night Shift
- Monday - Wednesday, 6:50 PM - 7:00 AM
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided for candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work safely as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Package and palletize finished paper rolls
- Apply protective plastic wrapping to finished products
- Monitor products moving through automated packaging equipment
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Work with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and squatting
- Lift up to 20 pounds as needed
- Ability to remain active throughout the shift

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
