Job Title: Order Picker

Job Description

The Order Picker accurately picks, packs, and ships customer orders in a fast-paced distribution center while using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. This role involves frequent standing, bending, and lifting, and requires strong attention to detail to ensure all outbound shipments are properly labeled, packaged, and documented.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete customer orders by loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and staging for shipment while periodically lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pick orders based on assigned warehouse zones with speed and accuracy.
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track picks and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Pick, pack, and ship online customer orders in a high-volume environment while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Ensure all outbound shipments have correct labeling, packaging, and documentation before leaving the facility.
  • Handle materials throughout the shift, including standing, bending, and lifting consistently for 8โ€“10 hours.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely within racking zones.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions in English to complete daily tasks and adhere to operational procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety policies, including required use of steel/safety toe footwear.
